Prof. Aissa Raselma is an academician & director of the Institute of Arts at the University of Oran, Algeria. He is also the director of the Film Studies Laboratory and Editor-in-Chief of the scientific journal C, Afaqk cinémaia. He has worked in various mediums- fiction films, documentaries & shorts over the past years. He is often involved in projects that playfully intend to explore and expose the highs and lows of the human condition. His films travelled across various film festivals and won number of awards. Beside all his academic responsibility he is working on his historic feature film Battle of Sidi Ghalem.
